COMPANY HISTORY

     Crouch Building Associates, Inc. came into being in March of 1974 under the name of Crouch Construction Company.   At that time the company was formed by Larry Crouch, Donnie Crouch, Keith Crouch, and their father, Kenneth Crouch, who had been in business in this community as a general contractor for more than twenty years.  Larry, Donnie, and Keith grew up working for their father in his construction business and knew the business from the bottom up.  As the years progressed, the sons took the business in a direction toward larger commercial projects and away from the residential construction that had been their father's mainstay.  As they grew and learned, so did Crouch Construction Company.

     In 1978, Keith left the company to join a venture with another of his family members.  In 1985 Larry and Donnie bought Kenneth Crouch's interest in the company.   They continued to nurture the company, taking on larger and more complex projects and experiencing success as they learned.  The company was growing and prospering and Crouch Construction Company was earning a reputation in this area for quality work at all levels.

     In the spring of 1994, Donnie Crouch sold his share of the company to Larry.  Larry decided that the change in the company was deserving of a new name and logo and, thus, CROUCH BUILDING ASSOCIATES, INC. was born.  The journey from a small residential contracting company to a large commercial general contractor had been completed without losing sight of what made the journey possible -- hard work, dedication to a quality product, and the attitude that the satisfaction of those we serve is the foundation of our progress.
