STAFF QUALIFICATIONS Larry Crouch -
President/General Manager
Larry, the son of a general contractor and the grandson of a residential
contractor, has grown up in the construction industry.
From the time he graduated from Paducah Community College with an
Associate Degree in Business Administration to the present, he has been involved
in construction. He is presently
the owner and president of Crouch Building Associates, Inc. and is involved in
its day-to-day operation. Roger
Dillingham - Vice-President/Estimator/Project Manager
Roger became a member of the CBA team in 1994 and came on board as a project
estimator. His job description has
evolved from Estimator, to Project Manager, to Vice-President of the company.
Roger takes a project from its
inception to finish. He is
responsible for determining the needs of the client, estimating the project, and
supervising its completion. Roger
has worked in the construction industry for almost 30 years, starting his career
in 1980.
Keith Smith - Estimator/Project Manager
Keith has been a part of the CBA team for approximately 3 years, and has become
a vital part of the company. His construction experience has proven to be
a great asset to CBA. Keith, as well, is responsible for maintaining a
positive contractor/client relationship, estimating the project, and managing it
through completion.
Gary Black -
Superintendent
Gary has been involved in the construction industry for many years.
He began work as a laborer and carpenter helper and worked his way up to
running projects for the company. He has completed the Carpenter's Apprentice
Training program and is a Certified Carpenter. Frank Thompson - Superintendent
Frank has been involved in the construction industry for most of his
life. His father ran construction work and Frank has grown up under his
supervision. He began work as a laborer as a very young man, working his
way up to a project superintendent today. Paul D. Pfister - Superintendent P.D., as he is known to everyone, joined the CBA team in 2008. He has extensive experience in the construction industry. P.D. has proven to be a very thorough, detail oriented superintendent that strives to see a project completed in budget, and on time.
