STAFF QUALIFICATIONS

  

Larry Crouch - President/General Manager

     Larry, the son of a general contractor and the grandson of a residential contractor, has grown up in the construction industry.  From the time he graduated from Paducah Community College with an Associate Degree in Business Administration to the present, he has been involved in construction.  He is presently the owner and president of Crouch Building Associates, Inc. and is involved in its day-to-day operation.

  

Roger Dillingham - Vice-President/Estimator/Project Manager

     Roger became a member of the CBA team in 1994 and came on board as a project estimator.  His job description has evolved into that of a Project Manager, whereby he takes the project from its inception to finish.  He is responsible for determining the needs of the client, estimating the project, and supervising its completion.  Roger has worked in the construction industry since 1980.

 

 

Gary Black - Superintendent

     Gary has been involved in the construction industry for many years.  He began work as a laborer and carpenter helper and worked his way up to running projects for the company. He has completed the Carpenter's Apprentice Training program and is a Certified Carpenter.

       

Kenneth Allen - Superintendent

       Ken Allen began working for CBA in August of 1999. Being the son of a carpenter, Ken began his training in the art of construction as a small boy.  Ken has many years experience in commercial and residential construction.  Ken now serves as one of our Project Superintendents.
